Our Job Fairs and Hiring Events Model
Throughout the year we host mini job fairs and hiring events aimed to connect you with the talent you need. During these events, you will have the opportunity to meet with candidates face-to-face and conduct one-on-one interviews. We make resources and tools available for you to assist with your selection process, so that at the end of the event you leave our center with a solid pipeline of candidates ready to move forward to the next step of the hiring process.
What to Expect During CareerSource Okaloosa Walton Events?
- Qualified applicants
- Internet, copy machines, printer, fax, scanner, computers and any office equipment
- Meeting room space to conduct one-on-one interviews
- Computers for online applications
How Can I Participate in the CareerSource Okaloosa Walton Job Fairs and Hiring Events?
Register for one of our upcoming functions. There is no cost associated with participating in our events. However, employers must have current job vacancies (at least 5) and agree to sign our Recruitment Agreement to provide new hire information (name and start date) resulting from their participation. Beacuse of the high demand, participation is limited to one event per employer per quarter. Priority will be provided to employers that have not participated in one of our events. Waiting list is available.
