Supporting Young Adults

The CareerSource Okaloosa Walton Workforce 2020 Program is designed to target low-income, at-risk youth between the ages of 16 and 24 who face barriers to employment and educational achievement. The goal is for the young adults to continue their education and training in order to advance their skills and pursue the best jobs possible.

Who is Eligible?                                                                                                                                                                         
To Qualify for the Program, You Must be:
  • Resident of Okaloosa or Walton county
  • Not attending school including school dropout
  • Can be enrolled in ABE/GED
  • Homeless, runaway, or in foster care
  • Pregnant or parenting
  • Individual with a disability
  • Living in and out of home placement
  • Offender
