Our mission is to ensure that every citizen in Okaloosa and Walton counties has the opportunity and skills necessary to engage in meaningful employment and that businesses have access to educated, trained and prepared employees to meet their organization's needs.

Who are we?

CareerSource Okaloosa Walton is a non-profit organization that:

  • Identifies and facilitates the management of workforce issues in our local community
  • Convenes the appropriate organizations and individuals to address them
  • Oversees the daily delivery of employment and training services to employers, workers, and job seekers through the CareerSource Okaloosa Walton centers
  • Offers all programs and services in our career centers to Employers and Job Seekers at NO COST!
  • Performs services such as resume assistance, interviewing skills, workshops, job search assistance as well as giving job seekers the use of computers, copiers and fax machines.
  • Helps employers benefit from services such as recruitment, applicant screening and labor market information.
